Default Evaluate my Sloooowplay

My reads: I'm probably the only person at the table that knows a flush beats a straight, and am the only player with a VPIP under 40%.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Button ($210.01)
SB ($96.85)
Hero ($112.10)
UTG ($32.73)
MP ($83.70)
CO ($79.30)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG calls $1, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, Button calls $1, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero checks.

Flop: ($5.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $3</font>, CO calls $3, Button calls $3, Hero calls $3, UTG folds.

Turn: ($17.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $8</font>, CO calls $8, Button folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $36</font>, MP calls $28, CO folds.

River: ($97.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $44 (all-in)</font>...

PS. They have fun with each other when I'm not in the hand. If I get involved, they usually shrivel up real quick.

good table selection. jesus.

this looks fine as long as you know 100% he's betting the turn and isn't smart enough to interpret your c/r for a big hand.

Looks OK to me, but if you had lead the flop you likely would've made considerably more.

If you'd lead the flop, everyone calls because, according to you, they're all morons. Then you lead the turn, they all call again. You push the turn and you get a ton more money.

As it is, check/raising the turn lost you a caller and, as a result, $$$$$.

Slowplay? You should fold on the flop.

I think leading the turn would have been a better play after the flop action...

This seems horrible. First, lead the flop. If you don't lead the flop then checkraise. Nearly every card in the deck is a scare card to MP if he's holding TP or MP, so there is a great chance the turn gets checked through. If you whiff a checkraise on the turn it's a monumental mistake. You're lucky he bet, so your slowplay looks genius, but it's a case of results oriented thinking to those who like AJ's play.

You had 3 callers in front of you and you let them off the hook on flop? You had the suckers right where you wanted them...pop it up a bit. Even if it's just like to 7 dollars, it seems the morons would continue to tag along as long as you don't scare them too much. Of course this will mean you HAVE to lead the turn.

*******AS PLAYED******

With that many idiots calling a flop bet it was fairly obvious your checkraise would work on the turn, someone was gonna bet.
