Well I only finished my Party VIP offer today and I have been playing a few hours per day since the 28th. My offer (I think I'm also a Silver) was to earn a minimum 1320 points by the 10th and a maximum of 2640. As of today I have 2732 from playing $3/6 limit (7000 hands) and a bit of $2/4 limit (1500 hands).

you need 760 raked hands at 3/6 or 5/10.

half of 3/6 hands are raked = 1520
two thirds of 5/10 hands are raked = 1140

You get 12 Party Points for every 20 raked hands at the 3/6 limit. So you'll need to play 2266 hands assuming half the hands are raked.
