I knew I was beat after the turn raise(villian was decent)but I called down like an ass.

Imallin767, I think you played the hand perfect. In your shoes i guess I would be concerned about the caller between us. I remember at the time of the hand I felt you was on the ace 3 and the other caller or callers were stuck on bad highs or bad lows. I sure wasnt concerned about them it was you that worried me. Your hand selection and game i was impressed with although I had a good run of cards hitting me I knew where most of the players were at in that game. By that i mean they were so predictable in the a2 a3 that i was stealing many pots high card flops from them. Also it goes against the math but i prefer playing hands in position that my oppents are not playing, my cards are live and if the flop doesn't hit them I felt confident at least in that game I could take the pot from them. Anyway you are a good player and hope to see you again. One thing to add I always try to get the whole pot many of these players seem content with 1/2? If it looks like I'm playing for just the low end of the pot many times depending on the pot size ill give up on the flop if im not the nut low and many times as u probaly play too ill give up a nut low draw only on the turn.
