Eh... This is borderline OOP getting 7:1 (8:1 if both UTG and MP call, which they often will), if only because there are many times you'll be getting far less than 7 or 8 to 1 (i.e. UTG may 3-bet).
Even though you have pretty good implied odds, I'm probably folding the flop. Curious what others think. Tom |

I'd fold since we aren't closing the action.

I think the presence of the BDFD is significant.

[ QUOTE ]
I think the presence of the BDFD is significant. [/ QUOTE ] It helps but it's hardly significant as we will always have to pay at least 1 BB on the turn (and sometimes 1 or 2 SBs more on the flop). Also, implied odds mean less when our immediate odds are 16:2 versus 8:1. I'm not saying a flop coldcall is horrible. It's a pretty neutral EV situation that has bad variance implications. I try and stay away from those situations. |

just to reiterate, I agree with all of spy's points. It's close yes, but closer to a fold

With 4 opponents? I can only imagine you are betting for value here, what is the plan for the turn -- check?
