eurobet
I had started playing again on Eurobet when I got my account frozen. No reason has been given, just that I was suspected of fraudulent activities. I have never played on the same table with anyone I know.
Has this happened to anyone else? |

Re: eurobet
Have you e-mailed them? What was their response? They're not known to shut down accounts for no reason.

Re: eurobet
I emailed them several times, probably in rather too irate a tone.
Here's their last response, which I just got and hopefully means everything will be cleared up: We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however we would like to inform you that our poker provider alerted us with your account on Saturday 6th May as being involved in fraudulent transactions to and from poker players. Our poker department will be investigating this matter later on today and your account will either be reactivated in the day or you will be sent an email with further clarification. Again, please accept our apologies for the disruption this weekend. I'm not sure what "fraudulent transactions" means. Chip dumping? |
