ok, sorry about the crappy post, i was running out the door. here are some classic threads that I have saved, to try to get some help...

Dr Dom

Ask Layzie about Heroin addiction

OOT's guide to Myspace

it've seen a ton of workout threads, and i refuse to start another one. i'm looking for the older threads that have some of the hardcore advice. periodization, post-workout meals, carb/protein ratios, all that crap. i figured links would be easier, am i wrong? wanna give me some tips then?

f**k yo couch tron!

seriously though, i didn't want to start another "workout advice" thread. i know someone has saved a link to some of the good workout threads of the past. i've seen a bunch in the last year, but never saved them.

i really want the info that was in those threads, and couldn't find anything searching. what would you do? i KNOW someone has those threads saved...
