I raise the river. We are way ahead of mps range and I dont think utg is overcalling much here.

Yeah, I say raise the river, too. MP made two pair and UTG is on flush draw. I don't know about your flop bet though. Is that semi-bluff worth it? I'd like to hear more comments on that.

Raising the river sucks like donkeyshit, collect your overcall and be happy. MP is perfectly able to coldcall the flop with T8. You just check/3-bet the turn and he capped? There's no possible way you're good enough here to raise, especially when it's 3-way.
