Default Unconventional ways that you\'ve made money

I want to hear some interesting and unconventional ways that OOTers have made money.

I'll start.

When I was in college I sold my blood plasma, two, sometimes three times a week, so I wouldn't have to get a job.

i taught gypsies to read, but it wasn't for money, it was from respect for the person who asked for my help.

How did you do that? Go to multiple different places? Fake ID? I'm pretty sure they keep record of who you are. WTF is "blood plasma"? Plasma with blood in it?

$10/hr. It was for the local disabled people's center or whatever it was called; I went in looking to fulfill my community service requirement for school and they said "Oh, if you're interested we'll pay you to read books on tape" so I was like "uh, ok"

When I was in Primary School a friend taught me how to do make Oragami(sp) water balloons we made about 500 one weekend and spent the next week selling them at school. I think we sold them for 20c each so this was huge cash for us when we were like 10yrs old.

Plasma that is taken from your blood? Blood has several components (RBCs, WBCs, plasma, platelets, hormones, etc.)

I went to different places because the places only allowed you to donate a maximum of twice per week. Yes both kept records. I think I remember the plasma replenishes itself every two days so it was ok for me to donate 3 times per week, although I couldn't do it at the same place.

I don't know why I said blood plasma, it's kind of unnecessary, but plasma is a part of blood. Anyway I don't want to drag the thread offtopic.
