Default Using Party + Empire for observing hands

I'm using FreePHG to observe games on Party. What i'm wondering is the following: Is there a way to open Empire Poker and Party Poker at the same time? (No i'm not asking for the purpose of multi-accounting). Currently, when one program is open it will not let you open the other one. Just curious as to if this is possible as I couple double the amount of tables I have open. Anyone know?

I imagine you won't be able to get around this, just like you can't get around the multiple Party load.

However, this is a way to multi-account. If you're running multiple windows accounts, you can observe 10 tables on each, since each will be able to login.

It's not really against the terms&conditions, either. I mean, I have an Empire account and a Party account. They were allowed when they were split, and then the casinos merged back. It's not my fault that the casinos made me multi-account.

I tried this a bit back and it seemed like each client knew I was logging in from the same IP/MachineIdentifier and it wouldn't let me open/login to Party+Empire even in two different user area (maybe it's changed now?).

Wow, sorry! I admit I didn't test this theory, just ... theorized. (I have a friend's party account that he doesn't use, so I use it for observing.)

If they tested before, they likely test now. Can anybody confirm the current state?

You can login to Party+Empire from two different PCs (eg. desktop+laptop) using the same IP without problems. That has always been possible and still is.

So if you have accounts both places you can 22-table

I haven't tried, but I'd assume no. Processes on different accounts on the same machine can see each other.

If you use virtualization (like VMWare) you can do it for sure, but that's very technical and I doubt it would have acceptable performance for multitabling. But again, I haven't tried that either
