Default William Hill Casino problem

I deposited there for the first time tonight and I did not recieve my deposit bonus. Well no problem..Ill just contact their CS..another problem. I can't reach them by phone because none of the phone numbers listed worked for me. I tried to email them using that stupid email service they have on their site, and it [censored] up as well and wont send my email.

So I have no way of getting ahold of them to find out about my bonus. Anyone have suggestioins?

Update: I deposited into their flash casino because their download version does not like my computer. I checked out their java version just now and it shows no balance on that one..So Im guessing each version is independent of each other. I had no problem recieving my bonus using java versions at Omni and Inter..Maybe William Hill is different?

I would call them. I have never been able to get anything done through email, but phone calls have always produced results.

Adam

I had the same problem...my cell could not dial international numbers.

I called my provider(Cingular) and for a flat $5 extra a month, they could set up my cell to do so.

Give your provider a call, maybe they could do the same

I dropped it about a week afterwards...

FWIW

I've had pretty much perpetual problems with them since I signed up, the most annoying of which is a $2 bonus that I can't seem to get rid of. They won't let me have any bonuses until I do, though.

Their email is snail-slow, and their website(s) are confusing and difficult to navigate. There are lots of little technical glitches, as well. I'm still waiting for the play I gave them this morning to show up in my website acct, for example.

Anyway, I can't help much, but you're not the only one who has problems with Will Hill. It's like the whole thing is thrown together haphazardly. I hate how I have to deposit in GBP, they change them to dollars when I play at the casino, then change them to GBP again when I quit, and then I have to change them BACK to dollars to withdraw.

The past 2 months I've deposited like 100 bucks each time for the 25 pound bonus. I get a bonus, but its never actually 25 pounds, its like 21.72 at the most, even though I deposit 50 something pounds. I don't know what the deal is with them lately.
