yes.
raise to about $135. you have position. use it to help gauge the strength of your opponents holding. you might as well of been checking calling if thats how you decide to play it, by negating the positional advantage. |

fold, unless you have a decent read on the opponent.
but fold in general. he has seen you show strength, and is not scared, and is showing strength. unless he is very lag, he isnt making a moving on you and is hoping you call. so fold. you have raised to 135 to get the draws and pair of 10s to call, and the 7s to raise. hopefully he flat calls and then you value bet the river if no heart. he calls with his 10. but if he raises the turn then you have to fold, no doubt. |
