Alobar,

I don't think that is the correct 3b range for an unknown. It's much narrower, I think.

Not sure, but I'd guess between 15 and 20. Of course, we're interested in the avg 3b range.

I think 5-10% of maniacs in this game (people who cap 44 OOP and the like) create a skewed perception. Those people are eaily balanced out by all the passive players w/ PFR between 0 and 5.

Overall, I think the avg player's 3b range is signifcantly narrower than the avg 2p2ers.

pretty much just keep betting

EDIT: a weak ace i c/c, c/c, b/c.

You'd lead the flop?

I think it's either fold or play exactly as you would with an Ace.
