Re: A8s SB
sometimes i muck this (perhaps incorrectly) against 2 others. how low of a suited ace are you willing to call the preflop raise with, closing the action with say 3 others committed to seeing the flop?

Re: A8s SB
Once you've completed the SB, in general it's a bad idea to fold for just one raise back to you.

Re: A8s SB
I will often fold hands like 89os if say a 50/3/1 raises in BB

I will often fold hands like 89os if say a 50/3/1 raises in BB [/ QUOTE ] Often? This situation hardly ever comes up. Anyway, that's why I said "in general." I do think there are times when completing and folding to a single raise is okay. I haven't done it recently, though. The 1/3 and 2/5 structures I've been playing sort of discourage that. If my hand's good enough to complete, it's almost always good enough to call a raise with if the BB bumps it up. |

Everything is 1/2 blind structure so I can get in with quite a few hands. True |
