Default Lots of action on flop, stupid push for a mammoth (400+BB pot)?

I was berated for my play on this hand, and maybe I donked it up b/c I'm still a hold em player at heart. I thought the only move was to get it all in here on the flop, was I wrong? Am I a dog to a wrap here?

I was berated after the hand was over (which is nothing new, lol), but just starting out with Omahahaha and trying to get on the right track.

This is so very super-standard.

Cool, just checkin. FWIW I dragged it, tripped up on turn and river was a non-pairing club. Ship it!

sorry, what are the 14 outs?

if bb only does this with a set you can think about folding. you crush most draws, which is why people like pushing, but on balance you're probably not making tons of money in this spot unless he's v. aggro and would play like this w/ 1p + a lower FD.

Umm, you missed UTG+1 cold calling every bet and raise on the flop. Easy easy push. And if it was HU and he 'only does it with a set' you still can't fold given the dead money.

the best thing is UTG probably doesn't have a set. You have a really good hand and you played it well.

If you never get berated, you're playing too tight. This is completely standard.

In the main pot you are probably a huge 2 to 1 favorite and remember you are putting in just 1/3 of the money. link to odds

Now depending UTG+1's opinion of you, i.e. hopefully you have been raising with other stuff than just aces on the button, the side pot is a little more interesting to analyze. What exactly do you think he has?

If I were to take a wild guess at his range: 77**,22**,*c*c**,89**,T7**,J89*,896*
you are still a big 65% favorite (click for link).

If you feel like you have a better handle on exactly what he might have, you can just fiddle with it yourself.
