NO REALLY?

OP: I don't know what to tell ya. I'm currently experiencing my worst downswing right now (-13 buys or so) over a decent amount of hands. I myself am very flustered and pissed right now. I hardly doubt that -20 buys is all the cards talking- I'm sure there is some bad play attributed somewhere along the way (I know I have been playing badly).

I would recommend taking a few days off. Easier said than done, but I think that a few days will clear your head and enable you to play with a fresh start.

The best way to prevent 20 Buy-in downswing is to have a 15 Buy-in bankroll. try that.
