it looks like it does. You have no read apparently.

The river really looks like a fold but who knows in these games. When he doesn't cap the turn I want to call that river.

It's not as bad as it looks at 1st glance.

Villain isn't capping because he's trying to trap Hero for two extra bets. He knows Hero will c-bet, and might even call a raise. TWIWP, fold river.

But villain isn't raising top pair on the flop?

And that river is a tough one to bet/fold.

Turn 3-bet is bad. Not because you don't have the best hand or anything, but because he is drawing dead a ton and the only way you can win more from these hands is by calling.

Knowing whether villain is passive or aggressive would help a lot here.

Vs. an unknown I don't really like the turn 3-bet. I just call and probably c/c the river.

Just call down from turn. On this board it is very likely either a jack or a bluff.

i don't think so. but i don't like a 3 bet either, so as was already mentioned, just call down from the turn
