Default Re: EU countries where gaming is regulated and legal

The EU court has consistently ruled that gambling is included in the free trade agreement and that any duly licensed provider in any EU country can advertise and operate accross the EU. There are some state monopolies resisting this but essentially they cannot get away with it the EU courts will get them in the end even if it takes years. The EU courts are like the WTO they take a lot of time but unlike the WTO they are 100% binding in the end no shaddy deals just a judgement on the case, by case, by case, by case.......

It is legal and regulated in the EU it just gets a bit messy in a few jurisdictions until the case is heard.
