I need two viewpoints of why online poker should be ILLEGAL

The current legistlative attitude towards online gaming is ridiculous:

* It's a playground for money launderers, terrorists and adolescent gambling addicts because it isn't regulated.
* It isn't regulated because is isn't legal.
* You can't legalize things that aren't regulated.

There's a more eloquent way to phrase the Catch-22 here, but you get the idea.
