So you're putting him on T7? I don't understand what the question is. River is an obvious call and you should have raised the flop.

The guy is a borderline maniac. I could see him putting his entire stack in on a flush or straight draw. Do we really want to give him the opportunity to do that by raising the flop is my question.

If you guys think the flop should be raised, please explain the reasoning behind this. Thanks.

I am not sure I want to raise or not???? But if what you say here is true of this villain a RAISE is 100% correct and stacking off here vs this villains range would be +EV..The hand is complicated by the CO yet to act..

Not all LAGs are created equal some "LAGs" I would just let bet and bluff off there stack..Other "LAGs" will just fire one bullet and then not go any further...The hand is complicated by the CO yet to act..What are the "maniac's" tendencies in multi way pots OOP??? I lean to a raise fold to a CO shove ans call if the "maniac" shove based on your read..

He was betting or raising on pretty much every street in any hand that he was involved in. Rarely checking or calling. No one was really playing back at him,so Ididn't see many examples of him folding.

Based on this a raise is clearly correct..

raise flop, if he goes over the top then push. this is the type of player that will stack off with marginal hands trying to bully opponents around.
