Stale observations people still think are funny/original/surprising

Suggestion for any more posts:

If you can't add "did you know that" or "have you noticed that" in front, it's probably not an observation.

Examples:

Have you noticed that...you park in a driveway and drive in a parkway? There are people that think that is still funny.

Did you know that...buying a house is better than paying for an apartment because you build equity? There are people that think that is not obvious and feel it is their duty to inform you.

Have you noticed that...LOL, donkaments? See how that doesn't work? While it is something annoying, yes, it is not an annoying observation.
