Default Monster flop but facing 150bb shove

Villain is unknown but seems reg-ish/tag-ish. Gambool?

UTG ($328.16)
MP ($1737)
CO ($1054.25)
Button ($590.40)
Hero ($1105.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $6, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $24</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $21, BB calls $18, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $60</font>, CO calls $36, Hero calls $36, BB calls $36.

Flop: ($240) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>

If he's a winning player, i'd fold quite quickly.

Short handed I'd expect a wide range for a CO raise after UTG limps. I doubt he'd go all-in with nothing. He might have a lower draw, or even as little as TPTK. Or, of course, he could have a set or aces.

Board: Kd 8h 3h
Hand 0: 53.792% { KK+, 88, 33, AKs, AhJh, AhTh, KQs, JhTh, AKo }
Hand 1: 46.208% { KhQh }

Pot odds are ~1.33:1.

So, with about 46% (1:1.17) equity vs his range its marginally +EV to call.

Any reads that narrow his range would tip the decision to call or fold pretty quickly either one way or the other.
