I heard Tarantula on the local radio today. To be honest, I was hoping the link I put up earlier was to some sort of unfinished cut of the song. I really hope the rest of the album is better. The Pumpkins are one of my favorite 2 or 3 bands of all time and I think Billy is a genius. I don't want a whole bunch of TFAEOMM from here on out, though.

I just want to step up here and say that Adore is still an exceptional album and the haters who bang on about siamese dream / mellon collie should appreciate it as a good standalone record. Hell, Perfect takes up where 1979 left off to an extent (at least if you watch the music videos)

and even Machina has some proper tunes on it.

I agree. Adore is a great album. For Martha = awesome. Machina is probably their... least awesome... album, but it does have some pretty good songs on it.

They're coming to Voodoo fest too, along with Rage, Wilco, Kings of Leon, and some of my other favorites. I could not be more excited.

been listening to this all day at work on aol, they have the whole disc up (usually they don't include bonus tracks, so those would be MIA if there are any)

I liked it, I can't say I was a hardcore Pumpkins fan, but a casual fan at least. This sounds enough like them to be worth a few listens. I'll probably go "buy" it sometime

Listened to the whole thing today and was surprised at how good it was. Certainly liked it more than Machina.
