So, no, the comparison doesn't work both ways.

LOL. So you can assume Bush is good incarnate, the next best thing to the Messiah, but nobody else can view him as a ruthless leader whose policies lead to unnecessary and illegitimate death and destruction (and it doesn't matter if the number is 20 mil or 200,000, the point is the same).

More ppl would celebrate at 2+2 if Kyl died tomorrow

And Bill Frist. I have a hard time believing that anyone who got screwed by UIGEA wouldn't love to hear that that scumbag bit the dust.

No, you can make that claim, but if the number is 200,000, not 20 million, it is incorrect to compare him to Stalin. Maybe to FDR, as around 400,000 Americans died in WWII, closer to 200,000.

Of course you can. It's called "matter of degree". No one thinks he's as bad as Stalin, but that doesn't mean we can't call them both horrible without you getting upset about it.

the simple fact of the matter is that Cheney would then run the show, much as he does now, and things would be just about the same. The only person in this country worse than Bush is Cheney...

Whiskey, you actually still somehow think Bush stole one or both elections? And you wonder why everybody thinks you're a Politics troll?

Oh BTW, this thread idea blows. Any American celebrating the assassination of the President is a sad human being in my book. Say what you want about the guy, but ESPECIALLY if you dislike the administration's war policies, why would you ever cheer his death?

[/ QUOTE ]

are you crazy? I have no qualms about killing a man who is at war to make money. Sorry. I wouldnt dance in the streets, but I would smile and say hallelujah.
