Default 3/6 AA Raise Flop?

SB is 13/10/2.66 over large sample, an overly tight multitabler. He probably has more hands on me than I have on him. He raises AK preflop, I don't think he checkraises with KQ, I'm not sure he plays a flushdraw like this.
