3/6 AA Raise Flop?
 

SB is 13/10/2.66 over large sample, an overly tight multitabler. He probably has more hands on me than I have on him. He raises AK preflop, I don't think he checkraises with KQ, I'm not sure he plays a flushdraw like this.

Thats often how *I* would play a flush draw in that situation depending on how likely i think it is that you 3bet here and if the other players will come along if you do so...

Based upon your read he is leading with a good king... probably also leading with two pair.

I guess that leaves a set if he isn't going to raise he flush draw for value there.

I would just go ahead and 3-bet the flop since the other guys are still in. SB has a flush draw here SO often.

I 3-bet this every time. If in doing so you also knock out the other two players, then the small blind will not even get +EV on his raise, which is fun.

The other option would be call here (and watch the limpers tag along) and then raise him on the turn. But what if he checks a non-spade turn? You won't protect your hand with one bet into an 8BB pot, or? No, I like a 3-bet.

There are only 9 combos of 88, 22, and K8s, and there are many more potential ones of spades.

Must 3bet.

He doesn't lead the turn anywhere near often enough to warrant waiting and when he does lead the turn into 3 opponents, you aint happy.

Okay so I 3-bet and I end up losing to a set after the bastard checkraises me on a nonspade turn. I just wondered if I could've done anything different. Wow I'm runnin bad.

I think it's an easy 3-bet especially with a bunch of people stuck in the middle. I'd play a flush draw exactly like that and might do this with a decent K.

I'd seriously consider dumping it there. 2 pair would have probably capped the flop and only monsters can afford to wait until the turn with so many players in. What was the pot size and number of players on the turn?

I don't see why he wouldn't likely play a flush draw like this. A PFR from the BB is very likely to bet any flop. He could play a set this way as well so I think it's important to 3-bet now for info and protection.
