Re: Tice out
On behalf of the good-natured NFL fans, I'd like to congratulate the people of Minnesota. Sorry, Detroit, but you're still stuck with Matt Millen.

Re: Tice out
[ QUOTE ]
On behalf of the good-natured NFL fans, I'd like to congratulate the people of Minnesota. [/ QUOTE ] Tice was 32-32 over 4 years, with talent that should have been a serious playoff team all four years. I have followed the team here, but I'm not really a fan. They never struck me as a team, just a bunch of football players with no direction. As a TV commentator remarked some years ago, the Vikings have a team culture of self-destruction. Tice was not capable of changing that. They need someone like Bud Grant to kick butt. There is no indication if the new owner knows how to put together a staff, but he sure doesn't pull any punches in getting rid of one. [ QUOTE ] Sorry, Detroit, but you're still stuck with Matt Millen. [/ QUOTE ] That guy has to have photos of Bill Ford doing something really really bad. |
