Have you never heard of the adage, "We reap what we sow?" What you send out to the world, thoughts of happiness, or thoughts of hatred, come back to you. Karma is basically a manifestation of our anger, greed, unhappiness, or misery. If you create these things, they come back to you.

I don't believe in Karma but....

If you do bad things you are also typically putting yourself in bad situations so bad things happen. If you do good things you are probably not putting yourself in bad situations so bad things don't happen. An idiot is going to do bad things and make bad judgments so bad things happen to the idiot. People think it's Karma but it's the rule of "if you're going to be stupid you better be tough" playing out.
