Thats what I put him on. You could tell he liked that 8 because of the sneaky donk check-raise. A4 or a flop-made set leads the turn.

Raising the flop would have enabled you to fold to the turn check-raise.

When stations raise, they almost always have one pair beat.

ditto, also his AF is 0.70. If this is even over 75 hands I think it's sufficient enough to draw a conclusion from it. He isn't putting in the big $$$ himself in big pots w/o a big hand.
