KK ugly board against calling station
 

villain is 32/9/0.7, I`m 17/14/2.4. I know my flop check was horrendous, this is baluga, espcialy considering postflop aggression of 0.7 ? Or do I call him down and pay him off ?

raise flop to ~7 then shove turn over the c/r against a cs donk but...

to be fair i dont think there is a nice line on this turn - cant check behind to give the free card, but betting and gettin c/r sucks ass as well - its very marginal.

I like raising the flop to $7, but you'd have to fold if he 3 bets huge. The turn is difficult, but I'm probably folding as a die I little inside.

If you did call. I'd be interested in seeing river play.

Thats what I put him on. You could tell he liked that 8 because of the sneaky donk check-raise. A4 or a flop-made set leads the turn.

Raising the flop would have enabled you to fold to the turn check-raise.

When stations raise, they almost always have one pair beat.

It's a miniraise, call that of course. See what happens next street. I would check the river, and call if the bet is less than 1/3rd of the pot.

i wouldnt be calling a min raise for the sake of a min raise... this screams out strenght as they want you to call as they have you crushed..
it is an easy fold... you have a pocket pair and thats all
KK is not the nuts
