I pretty much always lead out here for at least 700 and jam it over a single raiser.

K I usually do lead out from the blinds with a strong hand but isnt it ok to sometimes check raise?? Like, what percentage of the time do you lead compared to c/r. In this spot it was a 6way pot so theres a great chance that someone will bet at it.... and I can come over the top and get some more chips while discouraging some draws.

Am I retarded?

A bet here may induce a raise in which you can 3 bet all in. On this type of flop with that hand I'm trying to get in as much money as possible on the flop because all turn cards suck.

1. Lead flop b/c there is a chance that it will get checked through and you will not like ANY turn card.
2. You're check raise was for too much. You don't mind a caller as long as he's not getting the proper odds. Something like 1700 would have been better and may have induced a reraise by a weaker or drawing hand but b/c you have essentially pot-committed yourself, that's not going to happen.
