I've had this problem as well and I think I get a little too tight in trying to preserve a win and squeeze too tight. A little trick I play on myself now is to stack my chips so that I don't know EXACTLY how much I have at any given time. I used to always do 20 chip stacks and know at a glance my balance to the dollar, so I would wind up thinking "I'm down $35 in the last two orbits" ,etc. Now I just focus on decision making and keep a ballpark working knowledge of my stack size. I play 1/2 and 2/5 live and this definately helped me(but maybe this is just my own psychosis?). Hope it helps.
