Another anecdote that just came to me:

I was asked by a friend of a friend of a friend if I would come and try out for his blues band (I play harmonica). I went started playing, was having a good time, playing some good music, getting drunk, than they started in with really weird and [censored] up Jew jokes, meanwhile we are playing old school holwin wolf/muddy waters stuff, surrounded by posters of the same guys. It was odd, I never played again with them obv.
