David, do you mind telling who those "four or five" players are?

Why would you bump a year old post? Its obvious he doesnt want to name those players.

Not unreasonable to ask, and I'd be curious to know as well. I figure between the six or seven Sklansky books I have sitting on my shelf, the numerous times I've recommended them to others, and the nice Amazon reviews I gave them...

I'd also be interested to know if any top players would think DS belongs anywhere near the top 5. It's a pretty bold statement, and just on the basis of the sheer number of players out there, I'd say this statement reflects a lot of ego and very little fact.

But, you never know, it could well be. So I count David Sklansky, Mike Matusow, Phil Hellmuth....

There was a thread less than a year ago, I believe, where David S. named his top 5 or 10 players in the world (not sure if they were overall players, tourney players, cash game players, or what). I believe Doyle and Chip were in there. It was a thread on this forum.

I'm thinking his Top 5 are Cory Zeidman, Robert Varkonyi, Tiffany Williamson, Bob Stupak and.....Phil Hellmuth (but only if there is no lucky involved)?

The real question for DS is, would he let one of those players die to save the other four?
