Default Deposit from ePass to FTP declined, money disappeared

The other thread is a bit unwieldy, and my question is very specific:

I just made a deposit from ePass to FTP for $500. The money has come out of my ePass account, but FTP declined the deposit. The money is now nowhere to be seen. I contacted epass support and they have given me CreditID and DebitID numbers for the transaction. I have written to FTP support, no response yet.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? What did you do about it?

Help appreciated.

FWIW this happend with my Neteller on FTP before and I checked a little later (Within an hour) and the money was back in my Neteller account. How long ago did this happen?

its been 5+ hours. still nothing. I did get a (useless) email from FTP support, they said it should be back in my account "shortly."

I have a bad feeling about this...

I had this happen when I exceeded my daily deposit amount at Full Tilt. It seemed like the amount took a while to get back into my Epassporte account...possibly 1-2 days. Just make sure to check your Epassporte transaction history and ensure it gets back in.
