Unless he has a flush draw, there is nothing that you could bet that he won't call and to make the final bullet you have to be pretty sure he has a flush draw. You still have a decent stack, sometimes you just have to give up the bluff. With that much in the pot you are getting called all day, check behind.

On a side note I'm fine with button raising, sitting there not trying to steal blinds in position is what makes a large stack come down to a medium stack when the blinds increase (not to say you should raise every time it's folded to you on the button, you do have to vary your play). After the first bullet though I'd let it go. I'm all about firing multiple bullet bluffs, but the board texture has to be right and so is the player who you are doing it too. With that guys chip stack he's not calling you with air.
