Is it only me, or do you have trouble concentrating during tournaments

I just don't know what to do in between hands. I play fairly tight, so I'm folding my starters alot. The I come over here,watch tv,handicapp football games,readjust the rack or just whatever else. I like to play single table sit and gos. When I play in a larger multitable tourney I keep lookin for the next break. Next break after that,etc.
When the break comes I pace around the house for 4 minutes. (One minute for bathroom break.) Should I stick to single table sit and gos or what?
