Is it only me, or do you have trouble concentrating during tournaments
 

I just don't know what to do in between hands. I play fairly tight, so I'm folding my starters alot. The I come over here,watch tv,handicapp football games,readjust the rack or just whatever else. I like to play single table sit and gos. When I play in a larger multitable tourney I keep lookin for the next break. Next break after that,etc.
When the break comes I pace around the house for 4 minutes. (One minute for bathroom break.) Should I stick to single table sit and gos or what?

yeah, this is a major problem for me.

and it's why i mostly play satellite donkaments

I assume by the time you start watching TV and capping the football you've already got comprehensive notes on everyone at your table.

Capping football should take significantly more concentration than making donkament notes!

It takes me several hours to cap a full NFL week.

Ok I did that. They are all too tight. Shorthanded 6 players, I keep betting the pot, they keep folding.
