That's pretty player-dependent, emerson...some forms of weak players will call the river raise with AT because it closes the betting, whereas a turn raise scares them more because they're gonna have to call two more bets...

Just get to showdown after the 3bet. Doc wont pay off a turn or river raise w/ a worse hand and If you are ahead he probably doesnt have enough outs that you need to protect against.
