I have no idea what you are talking about. What does when in the ring people pick up the phone have to do with anything? How do you even know when they are picking it up? I'm very confused by what it is that you are complaining about. Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, so please explain what exactly it is that you think sucks in a little more detail, thanks.
