raise/call. It just looks like he's too likely to be heading off a free showdown play from you. It's important to punish the lagtags with good hands when you get them. They make a lot from scaring people into missing value.

This is a great spot to raise for a free showdown. He probably knows this so he wants to make sure that doesn't happen. However you weren't looking for a free showdown, so it's time to raise/profit.

This spot sux. Because he's so aggro and tricky you can probably convince yourself to call, and maybe that's not bad, but I think you are beat almost always here.

22? Possibly a trickily played 7.

Wow. I would pretty much never raise this river. And I'd fold to the 3-bet unless his river aggression is insanely high (his overall aggression isn't that high.

I think its not a CLEAR raise. But I am probably missing value if I don't raise.

I can't see him 3 bet bluffing here more than 1 in 13 times or wahtever.

I think your turn raise is terrible. Call the river.

whats wrong with the turn raise?
weaker hands rarely 3bet the turn right?
oh hmm..
maybe he could put me on an AK type hand and "value" 3bet his middle pair?

When I just call the flop raise with the intent to raise the turn, there are 3 cards I'm usually not going to raise, TP, or either card that completes an OESD. I still don't think your turn raise is awful, but I'm not raising the river because I will not fold to a 3-bet on the river. Don't forget that a key part of beating LAG's or even LAGGY TAGs is to showdown strong hands, not make "good folds".
