ALWAYS happens to me and ONLY on FTP. Really annoying when im playing Heads Up.

AND they closed my rankback account, jerks.

Happens to me too. Stars/webpages load fine, ftp doesn't. Queers.

I don't play there because of the disconnections, and also because i don't like being told it is on MY end in a condescending email from FTP. Funny that i TOO can play on stars at the same time as being disconnected from FTP. Great business practice FTP.
Perhaps FTPsean can comment on this thread.

I've had this happen a few times as well. I originally thought it was my router, but everything I'm reading here is consistent with my experiences. Below is a hand that my connection cost me a lot of money:
