Next time please call this PF and bet/call on the flop. JTs plays really well on the flop, OOP you just shouldn't have elevated it to a big pot and put yourself all in on the flop like this. It's really not about "I must defend my blind because I got a hand...". If you must be so conscious to his blind steal and defending it, try using a marginal hand like A7 to defend, not a hand you want to go to flop with that isn't strong enough to 3bet OOP PF.
