basically, i have no clue what villain would play like this.
But I dont think villain has a 2, 3, or flush, and dont really think villain can call without one. Basically im reacting to a read of weakness. The problem is i think im going to get called down way too light at nl10, while this might work at, say, nl 400

Villians play has me confused too. But at 10NL and no reads you really don't know if villian is doing this with 95 and calling the river. I think that I would usually fold on the flop with my underpair to a reraise. But maybe I'm being weak.

I'm guessing most likely villain has a 9 with an OK kicker and doesn't like the board too much.

Nevertheless, whether or not your river bet will work depends a great deal on how likely he is to lay down a one pair hand on this board. I don't think I try this without at least some read on the villain, but against someone who has shown some weak-tight tendencies this is a good spot to bluff.

Most of the time though the board isn't going to cooperate this much so I think calling the flop is -EV in general. The kind of player who is check-raising this flop without some kind of hand is not the kind of player who is check-folding this river very often

I donīt get it, what did you put him on the turn? I think calling the turn against an unknown is much more spewtastic than bluffing this river. The river I donīt know really, he obviously doesnīt like his hand much but will he fold a 9? Your line doesnīt really make much sense unless you are repping a 3 and he might not believe you. My advice is donīt get to the river this way in the first place.

There's tons of players who play A-9, K-9, T-9 and alike, so I'm not sure why you're calling turn. At least I'd fold there. And definitely fold river?

I don't see him laying down his 9 or flush very often.

So wait... You did a 2 street float followed by a bet that turns you hand into a bluff...? Oh I forgot to add that you have no read which makes this play even stranger. The river bet is never good at any level imo.

Pretty much anything but pure value betting is too fancy for 10nl.
