Hero bets 5.5 and hopefully gets called. He's passive, so don't try to induce a bluff. He most likely won't call a shove, so I go for a straight value bet here. As for 3betting pre.. eh, that could go either way. I probably wouldn't as he seems to have a tight opening range and will probably call a 3bet and I don't want to play a big pot OOP with 99.

Altho this is a small sample, his AF is so low and he seems to raise only 1/4 of the hands he plays. I dont think 99 is ahead of his range if he is raising pre flop. He doesnt have the stats to indicate that he likes to steal alot, but I dont know for sure obviously. I like a flat call pre flop here. I like that you donked into him and the bet sizes are good. I would bet around 5 or so on the river and expect a call from all kings, and a fold from whiffed draws obviously.

I'm OOP. I'm playing a 25/6 guy. Even if he is horrible postflop, I go for straight set value here PF.

Shoving river accomplishes nothing unless you've seen him calling river overbets. Value bet 4.5 and pray he calls.

bets like 4.5-5 i think we might get a call but im unsure. i dont know what else we would be considering on this river

Reason I asked is that I bet 6 and got an instacall from KQ. I figured since a lot of ppl on this level pretty much can't fold anything, a shove might get looked up since it looks kind of bluffy

Since you just called preflop and then donked out on this flop, I'm guessing he has at least something to call you down with. He didn't raise either of your bets so his hand isn't defined as ultra-strong or anything; but there's no reason to think that he'll fold to a bet here if he didn't fold earlier. He could be playing a big AsXs.

I think if you bet about $5-$6 you could get a call out of a strong one pair hand or any two pair hand.

Shoving has psychological effects on many players. A person will be more willing to call a strong bet more often than they will a shove.
