Default NL200 - KK in the BB gets limped/raised

The villain here I don't have many hands on, but have him at 44/7/0.6 in the 64 hands we've played. This is the first limp/raise he's pulled. That being said....

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $206
SB: $101.35
Hero (BB): $245.15
UTG: $252.15
UTG+1: $201
UTG+2: $198
MP1: $287.60
MP2: $84.20
CO: $88.75

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
3 folds, MP1 calls $2, 2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $10</font>, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $31</font>, <font color="red">MP1 raises to $104</font>, BTN folds, Hero ??

I can almost imagine doing any of the 3 options. If I call, there's about a PSB left on the flop.

Does the "Eh" mean you're not too excited about it? Is this a situation where we only get called by AA/KK but can maybe get value from other hands by just calling (even though OOP)?

I think it's +EV or else I wouldn't say shove. I expect to see AA sometimes, but I've seen guys with stats like randomly go crazy with like 88 or ATo.

Calling is so pointless. Guy's already put in over $100 pre-flop, he won't fold anything because of the pot odds.

It is a shove to me, maybe to a 10/4 I fold.

Well, seems like most people would have shoved pre, but alas... I smooth called figuring I was going down to AA regardless and might get further action from a lower PP or a goofy bluff. Given my line preflop, what do you think of postflop?
