That's a tough bet there. I don't think a call is good here. I can see an argument being made for both a fold or push. I lean towards a fold though. Really it depends on how willing you are to gamble it up against his range.

Any reads at all? Had he overbet like this a lot?

I was playing 6 tables so I didn't notice anything. Although, I think I may have been raising limpers a few times in the last orbit.

Fold. No need to make heroic calls here. You have top pair with a J kicker. I guess this guy could be getting mad that you're raising his limps everytime or even some kind of donk bluff, but I'm not calling with this hand.

I think he has some made hand but is afraid of the two spades. Something like top pair or two pair. Hard to note unless you can dig up some more hand histories of him, but someone with passive stats like that probaly wouldn't bluff, or at least not enough to be profitable, and he is not going to fold for sure.

not calling a big bet/raise (when you should) is only a small mistake.

Actually I like a push here. Obviously you donīt have much but the only hands that makes sense for villainīs "get out of the way" bet is a fd, a weak king or some mid pockets. I think you have the best hand here a lot and villain donīt have much behind so push it in.

I'm not sure if 60 hands is enough. but he looks pretty fishy...

I think I push this. Does he really limp KQ preflop? Sure he might have 22 or 88 but i doubt it the latter.

I say push cause he's going to call with his flush draw.

obviously folding is fine.
