I agree that betting the flop is correct in this situation, but I don't know about 'costing less to find out where I am.' When I'm behind, betting the flop probably makes it harder for me to avoid getting stacked, not easier. It's much tougher to get 95 BBs into the pot with just two streets to work with instead of three.

bet the flop, bet more on the river, insta-fold to the c/r. btw u got so owned on every street in this hand lol.

I don't like river bet size. Either make it smaller ($70) to induce a bluff, or bigger ($185) and fold to c/r.

This is pretty much what happened, except villain had AJ. Probably should've folded river, but I had no idea what villain was up to, and I was getting some odds, at least, so I talked myself into the call.

I think he has AA or AK 80 - 90 % of the time here. BTW bet the flop at least 75% of the time.
