Just bet the turn again if you want him to fold. He will probably lay down alot of good aces. The checkraise does not have much credibility here IMO because it's not a good way to play AK-AT or a flush, so you are representing squarely aces full or quads which is pretty hard to swallow even for nits. Also the fact the he bet the turn indicates that he wants a big pot, and he wants action (when opponent is a nit).
