Default bathroom etiquette

okay guys, i work at a small software company and we have a small bathroom...we have two urinals..so i walk in the bathroom to take a piss and go to one of the urinals, and our CEO/owner walks in and goes right next to me and starts talking to me..so i immediately get stage fright and cant go...so he finishes and im still standing there like a dead fish, i mean its obvious i couldnt go and im getting embarrassed. so he keeps talking to me while hes washing his hands etc. so i have to wait till he leaves..very embarrassing he knows i have stage fright now.. another thing is we have 2 toilets, and i hate it when i have to blow ass and someone else comes and sits down, and there is that awkward silence like "Who's gonna completely let it blow first"...and i always look under and recognize the shoes so i know who it is which makes it pretty weird..do any of you come across these problems???

The most confusing problem I run into is the 3 stalls we have here. Say you have to drop a duece, you go into say the far right stall. The other two are open. Then some halfwit comes in and sits in the middle stall right next to you. WTF?!?!?

i hate it when there are little kids with their dads and they pull down their pants entirely to pee in a urinal

I have friends (20 year olds) that will go up to either side of a stranger at a urinal and do this.

Is it normal to talk to your friends when in a public restroom? What if one of them is taking a dump? I've always wondered if I should be doing this more.

depends on the friend i think

Is it poor etiquette to let out a slight chuckle if you're at a urinal and there's one other person making "noises" inside of a stall?v

nahh i usually laugh. But I also laugh at homeless ppl on crack and ppl with tourrettes yelling in the street, so take it for what its worth.

How can you not love the pants around the ankles, using your hands to pull up your shirt so you don't whiz on it 5 year old pissing technique?
