you should drink it because it is delicious. may sound gross, but i love a huge glass of v8 first thing in the morning when im hungover. crazy high in sodium, though.

My wife drinks that garbage, she gets the low sodium version though. I can't stand it. Even the smell makes me gag.

V8 makes for an awesome bloody mary. So if you ask the question at 10am hungover, the answer is definitely yes.
